Strong people skills, polished presentation ability, and a client-first mindset. Ability to visualize and communicate finished construction projects. Professionalism, honesty, and a relationship-building approach. Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems a plus. Degree preferred but not required. Compensation : Salary + commission during year one, transitioning to a draw against commission with unlimited earning potential . Benefits : Car allowance, cell phone, life insurance, optional health / dental / vision insurance, and 401K. Schedule : Office-based in Plano Tx, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed. Serving clients across North Texas, we’ve grown into one of the region’s leading pool builders, known for our craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication to quality. Our team is passionate about delivering a seamless experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients.
- Create innovative pool and outdoor living designs tailored to client visions.
- Develop pricing proposals and prepare engaging presentation materials.
- Present proposed designs to clients—in-office or at their home.
- Build and maintain relationships with related businesses (landscapers, builders, etc.) to foster referral opportunities.
- Represent Riverbend Sandler Pools at marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Utilize design and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics, NAV, Pool Studios, 3D Design, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress toward goals.
