Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs.Deliver evidence-based speech therapy through individual and small group sessions.Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-driven goals.Qualifications :
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid Wyoming Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain one.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply, with supervision support available.Previous school-based experience is beneficial but not mandatory.Schedule and Compensation :
Full-time (3540 hours per week), aligned with the school calendar (Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends).Part-time opportunities may be possible.Competitive pay starting at $48+ per hour, depending on experience and credentials.Choice of 1099 contractor or W2 employment.Benefits and Support :
