Quality Assurance Architect

Job Description :

Define the overall QA strategy, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Design and implement test plans for functional, performance, scalability, and security testing.

Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks for regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and DevOps, to establish quality goals and testing processes.

Lead the development and maintenance of test scripts, cases, and suites for manual and automated testing.

Define and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) to track software quality and testing effectiveness.

Identify gaps in the QA process and continuously improve QA practices, tools, and standards.

Provide technical leadership to QA teams, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure alignment with quality goals.

Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of focus to prioritise testing efforts.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality and security.
