A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and manage their sales enablement program.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires
Develop and lead continuous education and coaching programs for sales representatives
Create and maintain a centralized library of sales content and act as a liaison between sales and other departments
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company
Proven experience building sales onboarding and training programs from scratch
Deep knowledge of formal sales methodologies and the ability to train them
Experience with modern sales tech stacks
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across departments
