ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October of 2024 after spending my entire career with State Farm, starting when I was just 18 years old. Coming from a State Farm family — with my brother also serving as an agent — this business has always been about more than a job; it’s about building something lasting with people you trust. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re a young, growing office with a strong emphasis on teamwork, energy, and shared success. Staying grounded in what matters is important to me, and I’m actively involved with my church and a local special education program as part of that commitment.
For our team, we offer health benefits, paid licensing, team outings, coffee, team lunches, and a very flexible approach to time off — especially around the holidays. Our culture is competitive in a healthy way, team-first, and built on a true “work hard, play hard” mindset. We’re looking for driven individuals who enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, bring positive energy, and want to grow alongside a young agency that’s just getting started.
