Staff Development : Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position Administrative Duties to include : Scheduling, payroll and monthly inventory Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team Ability to motivate team members Ability to multitask and prioritize Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience Outstanding leadership and communication skills Must have a positive attitude at all times. Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On-Call. Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems are a Plus

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Manager is a full-time position that over-sees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.
