Join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team, where you’ll care for patients who require a higher level of monitoring than Med-Surg but do not need ICU-level care. We are seeking skilled and compassionate RNs who excel in critical thinking, patient assessment, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality nursing care to IMCU patients

Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Respond effectively to patient status changes and emergencies

Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ Qualifications :

Active RN License (GA or Compact State)

Previous IMCU, Step-Down, Telemetry, ICU, or Acute Care experience preferred

Strong critical-thinking, communication, and clinical skills
