Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you'll have the unique opportunity to represent Cadillac's electronic revolution while also guiding customers through our full lineup of award-winning GMC and Cadillac vehicles.

What You'll Do:

• Create exceptional buying experiences by listening, advising, and guiding customers toward vehicles that fit their lifestyle.
• Stay ahead of the curve by becoming an expert in EV technology, charging solutions, and the connected Cadillac ecosystem.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to meet and exceed and sales goals while delivering a luxury-level guest experience.
• Build lasting relationships that extend beyond the sale.

What We're Looking For:

• At least three years sales or customer service experience (automotive or luxury retail a plus), but we'll train the right individual.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past thee years.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn EV technology and confidently educate customers on the Cadillac IQ experience.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Professional appearance and demeanor
