Our team follows BACB guidelines and focuses on using data-driven techniques and best practices to achieve positive behavioral changes.

Job Description :

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Consistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families.
• Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner.
• Write progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients.
• Assist in creating instructional materials.
• Be able to physically keep up with the child.
