[job_card.job_description]Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor system, HVAC system, compressors, and production related machinery. Performing general building electrical and plumbing maintenance. Completing Machinery and Building Maintenance Logs Communicating detailed progress on projects in progress. Inspecting, assessing functionality, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. Surveying buildings to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Installation or adjustments of mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. Conducting general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned. Boiler license a plus! Must be able & willing to pass a background check & drug screening

The Industrial Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance of Building & Mechanical Equipment used for processing in an industrial laundry setting. Candidates should possess building / mechanical maintenance & repair knowledge, and a thorough professional mindset with the ability to trouble shoot & problem solve. Candidates should be detail oriented w / ability to work autonomously when necessary, and comply with all health and safety guidelines.
- Previous industrial machine repair experience is necessary for applicants to be considered for this role.
