Our office is seeking a Dental Assistant Expanded Functions to join our team.
Job Summary : The Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions works on behalf of the patient and the dentist helping to assure a high level of professional excellence in oral health care delivery.
Compensation : $30-$40 based on experience and expertise .
Schedule : Mon- Thurs 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm .
Summary of Job Functions :
- Polish and contour existing amalgam restorations. -
- Place, contour, finish, and adjust all direct restorations.
- Adjust and cement permanent indirect restorations.
- Other procedures authorized by regulations adopted by the board.
- All procedures required to be performed under direct supervision shall be checked and approved by the supervising licensed dentist prior to the patient's dismissal from the office.
- Any and all Registered Dental Assistant functions ie; child prophy, assisting DMD, etc.
