The Senior Client Solutions Analyst acts as a bridge between external clients and internal technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions within a rapidly evolving insurance-focused environment. This role works closely with specialists across risk, data science, and engineering to address complex business challenges using advanced analytics and modern assessment techniques.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with business development to support new client engagements :
- Assist with responses to prospective-client inquiries and proposals
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials
- Participate in client presentations (virtual and in-person)
Lead technical onboarding and solution implementation :
Tailor solution-design sessions and guide discussions with clients (virtual and in-person)Produce documentation such as process flows, data flows, and implementation guidesTranslate complex client processes into clear requirements for internal teamsDocument, distribute, and manage sign-off on project scope and requirementsIdentify, quantify, and resolve requirement-related issues proactivelyWork with engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and requestsEnhance client experience and long-term satisfaction :
Provide insights to help clients fully leverage the platformTroubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across internal teamsDocument client feedback and share key updates with leadershipMaintain communication with compliance stakeholders and support related documentationRecommend product or workflow improvements based on cost–benefit considerationsSupport retention and engagement strategiesContribute to product development and evolution :

5+ years in client-facing technical rolesBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in Life or Disability insurance environments is strongly preferredAbility to communicate complex concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with full software development lifecycle practicesStrong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilitiesProven creative problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentationsExperience producing technical project documentation (requirements, specifications, data mapping, process flows)Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, data-visualization tools, and SQLUnderstanding of software engineering best practicesAbility to work across multiple teams and priorities in a dynamic environmentQuick learner with adaptability and a proactive mindsetWillingness to travel 10–25%Benefits Highlights :
