Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Valid Physical Therapist License issued by the state of Oregon
- Certifications Requirements : CPR Certification, Oregon State Licensure, COVID-19 Vaccination / Proof of Immunity
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Other Requirements : Ability to work 40 hours per week, excellent communication skills, ability to float to other clinics as needed
