Travel / Contract Physical Therapist - Days - Up to $2250 / WK!

Lincoln City, Oregon - 13.0 weeks

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Valid Physical Therapist License issued by the state of Oregon
  • Certifications Requirements : CPR Certification, Oregon State Licensure, COVID-19 Vaccination / Proof of Immunity
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work 40 hours per week, excellent communication skills, ability to float to other clinics as needed

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients tailored to their specific needs and therapy goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy services, including manual therapy, mobility training, and functional exercises.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and mentor new graduates or less experienced staff when applicable, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
