A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to establish and grow its People Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the People Operations function, designing and implementing HR systems and policies
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture
Manage the full employee lifecycle and build data-driven people processes to guide decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience, including leadership in a high-growth or startup environment
Proven experience establishing HR systems from the ground up
Strong cultural leadership with the ability to influence organizational change
Experience designing and scaling people programs in a remote-first environment
Business-minded approach to People work, demonstrating ROI of people investments
