A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global People Operations strategy aligned with business goals
Standardize and automate processes across regions to improve efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle
Ensure global compliance with labor laws and lead HR audits and risk assessments
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in global or multi-regional operations
Experience in high-growth or transformation environments; IPO readiness or public company experience is a plus
Deep knowledge of international HR practices and data protection regulations
Proven success in implementing and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms
A passion for operational excellence and building scalable, people-first processes
