Job Description

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations

We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage , Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.

Compensation :

Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
$80 base rate per completed assessment
Average 6-9 patient visits daily
Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

Position Details :

Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights / weekends required)

Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members

Focus on preventive care and wellness evaluation

No prescribing or treatment modifications required

Pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms provided

Benefits :

Independent contractor (1099) status

Malpractice insurance coverage included

Airfare, hotel, and rental car coverage (eligibility-based)

Availability incentives based on weekly commitment

Choose short-term or long-term contracts

Requirements :

Active state nursing license required

Board certification as Nurse Practitioner

Reliable transportation for home visits
