Treatment Coordinator

Image Orthodontics in San Francisco is seeking a motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communications, and facilitating a smooth journey from the initial consultation to the completion of orthodontic treatment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
• Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements
• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
• Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
• Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
• Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings.
