Location : Aurora Colorado (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a mission-focused program supporting space and intelligence this role you will be part of a cross-functional engineering team responsible for maintaining the reliability resiliency and survivability of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Linux systems automation and enterprise service reliability along with the ability to work onsite at Buckley Space Force Base.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the uptime health and availability of mission-critical systems.
Automate systems administration and operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Configure monitor and troubleshoot enterprise services and infrastructure.
Administer and maintain Linux-based systems.
Implement Infrastructure as Code Policy as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Develop automation scripts and tooling using Linux-based scripting languages.
Contribute to process improvements reliability enhancements and team best practices.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support program objectives and service-level commitments.
Required Qualifications
5 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical field.
Active TS / SCI security clearance .
Strong Linux systems administration background.
Experience with automation scripting and enterprise service management.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success maintaining system uptime and reliability.
Experience with IaC / PaC / CaC frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of modern DevOps SRE and observability best practices.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder negotiation skills.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership within a collaborative environment.
