Specialty areas of research across our sites include Psychiatry, Acute Post Op Pain, Asian Bridging, Dermatology, GI, and Neurology. Each of our Centers of Excellence has tremendous experience and expertise in complex early phase trials, and all our sites have in-patient capability. Job Summary :

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and improvement of business procedures.

Compensation :

$135,000-180,000 / year

Essential Responsibilities and Duties :

• Implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Executes HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develops budget and ensures financial and operational metrics are meeting organizational objectives by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
• Executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to attain short and long term goals.
• Reports directly to the President.
