We are seeking a Director of Health & Wellness for Liana of Sarasota , our dedicated Memory Care community. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse with strong leadership skills who is committed to delivering quality care while supporting and inspiring a team of caregivers.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Health & Wellness , you will :

Oversee and inspire the caregiving and clinical team, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.

Perform resident health assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.

Monitor compliance with care plans, medication management, and clinical documentation.

Partner with families, physicians, and the Executive Director to support resident well-being.

Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management for care staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conduct audits, and drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).

Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion within the community.

This is a leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on residents' quality of life while mentoring and developing a team that shares your commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

Licensed Nurse (LPN OR RN) required.

2+ years of nursing experience; 1+ year in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.

At least 1 year of nursing management / supervisory experience .

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset with a passion for serving seniors.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compassion.
