Office Assistant
Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant for our client and contribute to their continued success. As an Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a temporary to permanent position in Minnesota.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing general administrative support to various departments.
- Assisting in managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies as needed.
- Assisting in coordinating office events and activities.
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Working closely with team members to support their daily tasks.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Requirements :
