Key Responsibilities
Design and execute onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales teams
Drive adoption of sales methodologies and develop aligned toolkits
Optimize sales processes and maintain enablement resources in HubSpot
Required Qualifications
4-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, RevOps, or related roles
Experience supporting quota-carrying teams and building scalable enablement programs
Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub
Experience reinforcing a structured sales methodology
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
