Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

• Edit a mix of long-form course content YouTube videos short-form reels and event sizzle reels .
• Repurpose multi-camera seminar footage (812 hrs) into structured lessons and YouTube segments.
• Cut 2090 sec short-form clips optimized for TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Craft high-energy event recaps and sizzle reels that capture the seminar experience.
• Extract viral moments from longer footage and prepare clip variations for testing.
• Collaborate with curriculum and creative teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
• Flag sensitive content thoughtfully to uphold message a product-forward mindset understand how each video fits the overall content ecosystem.
