Company-paid medical plan after 30 days + options for dental, vision, disability & more 401(k) retirement plan + financial planning services Professional growth through our learning portal Rent discount : 20% off at your community or $100 off elsewhere in our portfolio Hourly pay : $20$22 / hour based on experience Leasing commission : $75 per lease signed Hiring Bonus : $100 Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Caf preferred) Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment Fluency in English and Spanish (required) 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Caf a plus
