Salary : $110K - $115K
TGG Accounting has partnered with a real estate group in The Woodlands area that is seeking to add a Property Accountant to its established team.
Overview :
- Build client interactional relationships.
- Manage special analysis : balance sheet, depreciation, draws, escrow distribution etc.
- Assist in monitoring the organizations cash flow and real estate development capital needs.
- Review CAM Budgets.
- Help facilitate the tax process for all company-managed entities, which includes approximately 25 Partnerships, LLCs, and S-Corporations. Support outside CPA firms in preparing annual tax returns by providing needed schedules and other information.
- Direct all Franchise Tax filings and payments.
- Assist with project lending and oversee the draw process.
- Help develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and increase efficiencies.
