Your Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person.
• Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold.
• Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims.
• Collaborating with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking a service-oriented individual who is eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.
You should have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision.
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
