A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application to funding.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
Submit loans for initial decision and fulfill necessary conditions for closing
Build rapport with borrowers and maintain ongoing communication regarding loan status
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Processing or a similar field
High school diploma required
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and related guidelines
Intermediate knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards
Intermediate working knowledge of Encompass and related mortgage processing software
