Sourcing Manager II

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager II with health plan experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Implement corporate strategic sourcing and vendor relations processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Conduct market research and negotiate with suppliers to optimize vendor relationships and contract performance

Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures for sourcing and vendor relations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Over five years of strategic sourcing, vendor relations, and negotiation experience

Experience sourcing various product lines, including office supplies and IT services

Knowledge of federal, state, and URAC / NCQA guidelines

Certification from Institute of Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is preferred
