Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests vaults safe deposit boxes after-hours depository mechanical and electronic locks general locksmithing vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products.

Plays a lead role in provision of basic services including : Cleaning drilling and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under counter teller equipment.

Maintaining bolt work and time locks on safes chests and vaults.

Maintaining ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks.

Providing key duplication and lock core replacement.

Maintaining after-hour depositories VAT unites drive-up windows drawers and sliding windows.

Handles customer calls asking questions and actively listening to ensure understanding of reported issues / concerns.

Schedules time on customer premises and may attend customer meetings and delivery training to ensure operational understanding and product optimization.

Maintains proper inventory levels to reduce excess inventory and return visits due to missing / incorrect parts.

Required Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.

Salary Range : $25 to $28 / hr. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications skills competencies geographic location internal equity and relevant experience.
