Network Development Manager

A company is looking for a Network Development Manager (IDD & Behavioral Health).

Key Responsibilities

Identify new market opportunities and build a multi-state strategy for network expansion

Develop and manage relationships with payers, state agencies, and providers

Navigate HCBS waiver and Medicaid funding pathways while supporting contracting and negotiations

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in payer contracting, Medicaid network development, or managed care strategy

Direct experience with Medicaid MCOs or state Medicaid agencies

Understanding of HCBS waiver structures and Medicaid reimbursement

Experience in provider network development and payer negotiations

Proven ability to manage multi-step, cross-state projects independently
