Summary:

Excellent opportunity for engaging, professional Leasing Consultant who excels in inspiring and leading staff for our 359 unit community located in Riverview Springs. The successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is energetic and the ability to lead a team. This position is responsible for presenting the community to prospective residents, leasing apartments, providing customer service, and responsible for the marketing of the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Answers telephone and email leads by responding to leasing inquiries
• Follow up with prospective residents
• Screen, review & qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork
• Comply with all state, local, federal fair housing and ADA laws
• Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data
• Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner for manager approval
• Handles marketing functions

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing and/or sales in property management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Yardi management software preferred
• Professional attitude with excellent verbal skills and telephone etiquette
• Organized and energetic
• Must work weekends, must be flexible with schedule
