Supplemental Ownership Compensation :

Responsibilities

Business Development :

  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.

    • Sales and Customer Service :

  • Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
  • Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
  • Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.

    • Growth and Learning :

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.
  • Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.

    • Requirements

    Licensing : Obtain or possess General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (we provide FREE pre-licensing courses and will reimburse the fee to register your licenses).

    Sales-Driven : Thrive in a commission-based environment with a focus on exceeding goals.
