Invertebrate Husbandry Technician

Sunday–Thursday | 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM Work

Environment : Hot, humid, hands-on

  • Monitoring insect health & habitat conditions
  • Preparing food and feeding live insect colonies
  • Cleaning and maintaining rearing environments
  • Ensuring secure and stable housing for insects
  • Following safety and care protocols
  • Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Comfortable working with live insects daily
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and bend
  • Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Basic math and tool-handling skills
  • Fluent in English with clear communication
  • Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
