We offer a range of employment opportunities, from part-time positions (7 to 10 cases per week) to full-time benefited roles (25 to 30 cases per week). You will also have access to :

    • Our work environment places you right in the child’s home, using their familiar play area to foster a secure and effective therapy experience. You will :

  • Conduct developmental assessments and treatment in a play-based manner for children aged birth to 3
  • Provide parent education and home programs to support treatment goals
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team for optimal results
  • Complete biannual progress reports using standardized developmental tools

    • What do you need to apply?

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in California (or eligibility)
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
  • A desire to work in a home setting
  • Pediatric experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a bonus
