Job Description

• Join our Stamping Department team as a Maintenance Supervisor
• In this role, you will assist the maintenance manager by overseeing maintenance personnel and operations, while also performing hands-on maintenance on 1st shift
• You will work with eight stamping presses and maintain twelve Fanuc material-handling robots

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and direct maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
• Perform hands-on maintenance on stamping presses and Fanuc robots
• Screen, prioritize, and assign daily and weekly work orders
• Perform industrial, preventative, and reactive maintenance
• Assist in overseeing various projects
• Train and develop team members

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Management (Supervision, Manager, or Superintendent)
• 10+ years of experience performing industrial maintenance, including machine repair on hydraulics and pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting of 480 volts, Three Phase, and Motors
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance on stamping presses or plastic injection
• PLC troubleshooting and robotics experience
• Experience with Fanuc robots

This is a Permanent position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

3 Weeks Vacation Health: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, and FSA (Effective first of the month following date of hire) 401K: Eligible after 90 days. Company matches 50% up to 6% of employee contributions
