Esthetician

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our iCRYO team with a primary focus on operating, educating clients on, and selling Artemis T-Shape body contouring treatments. This role also includes standard cryo technician and sales associate duties, making it ideal for someone who is confident with technology, passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and motivated by sales and results.

Artemis T-Shape Treatments

• Perform Artemis T-Shape body contouring and skin tightening treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct client consultations to assess goals, explain treatment plans, and set realistic expectations
• Educate clients on benefits, packages, and post-treatment care
• Track client progress and document treatments accurately
• Proactively sell Artemis T-Shape packages, memberships, and add-on services
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment cleanliness according to protocol

Cryotherapy Technician & Sales Associate Duties

• Operate service technology (training provided)
• Educate clients on service benefits and expectations
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out
• Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals
• Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and promotions
• Accurately handle POS transactions and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional center environment
• Follow business, service, and cleaning protocols

• Active Esthetician license (state-required)
• Previous experience with body contouring or aesthetic devices preferred (Artemis T-Shape experience a plus; training provided)
• Strong sales skills with a consultative, client-first approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with technology and learning new equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping clients achieve results
