Role summary :

Assemble valves of all types (new equipment & repair) including the operation of all assembly tools and equipment and performance of all test requirements (basic pneumatic tools supplied by Flowserve FCD).

1st shift (Monday - Friday 7-3 : 30 pm)

Responsibilities

• Know and understand all SPP's and maintenance bulletins that pertain to all valves required to be assembled in this position.
• Proper installation of valve positioners and accessories and perform diagnostic testing Resolve / Troubleshoot issues within assembly
• Participate in CIP activities as asked / needed and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures
• Requires an in-depth knowledge of control valves, positioners, accessories
• May be required to train other employee's on valve assemblies and testing.
• Willing to learn and move to other assembly areas as asked or needed. Willing to work overtime as required with little to no notice.
