Strong knowledge of accrediting / regulatory standards and quality methodologies strongly preferred.
Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee hospital quality assurance programs and performance metrics.
- Lead accreditation and regulatory survey readiness (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
- Support education, staff training, and compliance initiatives related to quality standards.
