Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to implement high-quality therapy services in a home health setting. This role involves working directly with clients in their homes to improve function and independence in daily living activities.

Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association; or eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.Licensure : Possesses current registration or license as required by state(s) of practice.Certification : CPR certification requiredExperience : Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting or equivalent experience.Other requirements :Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state / Agency requirements. Evidence of a safe driving record and reliable transportation.Responsibilities :
Conducts occupational therapy assessments, treatments, and evaluations under a physician-approved plan of care.Develops individualized treatment goals and collaborates with physicians and care team members to coordinate client care.Documents assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes according to agency and regulatory standards.Educates and instructs clients, families, and staff on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and self-care activities.Ensures compliance with agency policies, state / federal regulations, and professional standards.Participates in meetings, care conferences, and professional development activities.Contributes to quality assurance through committee participation and interdisciplinary collaboration.Performs additional duties as required to support client care and agency objectives.
