What awaits you :

• Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity
• Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems
• Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities
• Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
• Prepare Month-end and Budget packages
• Administers Textron Enterprise Programs ie : Ariba, Concur, etc
• Processes all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility and ensures timely payments
