Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Dimensional Management Metrology Lab Intern to add to our Engineering Systems Team in Denton, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limitedto :

• Vehicle design and interface objectives measuring for new and existing products such as battery electric vehicles

1D tolerance stack-up analysis of parts

3D tolerance analysis modeling using 3DCS

Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to measure development and production parts

Use 3D Scanner for reverse engineering, convert clay models into 3D geometry, and ergonomic studies.

Development / Improvement of Model Based Definition / Model Based Enterprise processes

Required Qualifications

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related program.
