Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at accomplishing their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to support patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses for comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Family Members : Instruct patients and their families on therapy modalities to ensure continual progress in their home environment
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor clinical results and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track
