SUMMARY : Performs all general ultrasound, limited OB / GYN and vascular exams. Produces quality images and possesses strong communication skills.

Required Experience : Minimum one (1) year diagnostic radiology or clinical ultrasound experience or combination of laboratory and clinical hours.

Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : RDMS or eligible (must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer); RVT or eligible (must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer); BLS (or within 90 days of hire or transfer)

• PRN Sonography Technologists must have ARDMS and RVT at time of hire

Preferred Experience : Hospital sonography or vascular laboratory experience
