Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented machine operator to join our production team in Sacramento. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machines according to production orders, performing conformity checks of machine settings, feeding the machine, and packaging the finished product. This is an excellent opportunity for someone serious about long-term employment and interested in growing with a dynamic team.

Schedule :

Initial schedule : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

After a few weeks : rotating shifts : one week 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM, next week 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Set up machinery according to production orders
  • Perform conformity checks to ensure proper machine settings
  • Feed the machine and monitor production
  • Package finished products efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed

Qualifications :

  • Serious, dependable, and seeking long-term employment
  • Previous experience on a production line is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting machinery is a plus
  • Handy and mechanically inclined is a plus
  • Able to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Stability in past work history (4+ years at a previous company preferred)
