Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Infor Lawson and related systems for a premier hospital system. This role plays a key part in supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll operations while also assisting with non-Infor Lawson applications as needed

Responsibilities :

  • Provide application and technical support for Infor Lawson applications across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Payroll modules.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Lawson applications using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow .
  • Design, create, and maintain Lawson Batch Jobs, Programs, and Scripts to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Build and support Lawson IPA (Infor Process Automation) workflows, notifications, and system integrations for cross-platform communication.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Support and work on non-Infor Lawson applications when needed to meet organizational priorities.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support activities.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Infor Lawson applications.
  • Proficiency with Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Lawson Batch Jobs, Programs, and Scripts.
  • Working knowledge of Lawson IPA workflows, notifications, and integrations.
  • Ability and willingness to support non-Infor Lawson applications as needed.
  • Experience with Lawson Design Studio (LDS), including form development, UI customizations, and JavaScript enhancements is preferred.
  • Knowledge of non-core S3 Infor Lawson applications such as MSCM, XM, and LBI is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting or participating in a migration from Infor Lawson to Oracle Fusion is preferred.

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $80-$83 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
