A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population in Providence :

  • Practice is weekday outpatient primary care Full-time is 4 days in clinic; one day remote admin. Part-time option is 3 days in clinic.
  • Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties including integrated behavioral health clinicians.
  • At PCHC, Team Care Model includes the clinician leading their team Medical Assistant and shared RN

  • PCHC has 500 employees caring for 80,000 patients at eight neighborhood-based clinics in Providence.

  • Providence is an excellent location : one hour to Boston. Nearby CT and MA, and easy proximity to the mountains in NH, VT and ME. Three hours to NYC with frequent trains.

    Qualifications :

    Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics; Interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed / eligible in Rhode Island;
