We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Parts Analyst who has experience as a pricing analyst in the manufacturing sector to come on board with a growing team.
- Pricing strategy person for work with business units to price parts and produce product life profitability.
- A degree in Engineering is great but not necessary required.
- Standard pricing for nuts, bolts, solvents, gaskets, valve parts, etc (cost markup of parts).
- Set market level parts prices for : compressor parts, combustible parts, Westinghouse parts kits, etc.
- Looking at parts across commodities-small to large (Bushings, washers, nuts, pens, valve stems, etc).
- Perform estimates on parts based on market knowledge of prices.
- Will work alongside a manager, but eventually it will be a team so there is opportunity for growth into a management role.
Experience should include :
Previous pricing experience across manufacturing / industrial parts or similar commodities.Knowledge of manufacturing partsSome ERP - SAP exp5-7 years' experience strongly preferred, but 3 years with pricing and drawing experience will be considered.Day to Day will look like :
Receive notifications that there’s an information recordPull vendor quoteSet quote – apply discounts, price breaks as needed and allotted forCheck the outage of partsDeal with the commercial operations teamPrices for parts are all over the place right now and have been for last 5 years-10% Travel - domestically mostly
