Immediate Need – Quality Inspector (Sheet Metal Parts)

Schedule : Full-time | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $25–$35 / hour

Overview :

We are currently in need of a Quality Inspector to assist with a large number of First Article Inspections (FAIs) in our Quality Department. All work involves sheet metal parts . The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet quality standards through accurate inspections, testing, and documentation. This role is hands-on and vital to maintaining consistent quality and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished sheet metal products.
• Conduct functional and dimensional testing using Inspection Measuring & Test Equipment (IMTE), including :
• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Pin Gages
• Height Gage
• Optical Comparator
• Thread Gages
• Squares
• Record inspection data, create non-conformance reports, and maintain quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow all safety and quality procedures.
