Location : Hybrid in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $35-$42 / hour (approximately $72,800-$87,360 annually, DOE)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys digging into AR data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve cash flow and AR efficiency. The ideal candidate combines accounting knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable data and trends to identify collection opportunities and potential risks
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve complex discrepancies
• Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and cash flow forecasts for management
• Collaborate with AR team, accounting, and operations to ensure timely collections
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with accurate AR reporting
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize AR procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AR systems, procedures, and reporting
